ضیغمی با یادآوری این مطلب كه فراورده های نفتی از جمله كالاهای خطرناك به شمار می آیند گفت ‌: به عنوان مثال اگر كامیون حامل فراورده نفتی با وسایل نقلیه دیگر مثل اتوبوس مسافر بری تصادف كند فاجعه جبران ناپذیری را به بار می آورد به همین علت باید قوانین سخت گیرانه و همچنین تدابیر لازم برای پیشگیری از بروز این تصادفات در جاده اعمال شود .
